I could be wrong mate but dont over do it. Your body needs time to rest and recover. See how you go with what you propose on doing.

What powermovements are you thinking of?

Re: 4 days weight training

No idea, ive never researched etc and have little knowledge on them.

From what i have been told power cleans, hang cleans and one more.

I am not going to over do it, one of my mates who plays rugby for wigan rugby academy does 4 sets of 10 reps and has improved strength on it.
Ill know when im over doing it and by sticking to 3,4 or 5 movements on a training day ill be fine i think.
