Re: protein milk or water

Im not 100% but i thought that the fat in milk slightly slows down the absorbtion of protein, i always have post workout with water and the others with whole milk and it works for me

What are you saying no to? As it does slow down the absorption of other nutrients.

Ingesting fat slows the stomachs secretions of hydrochloric acid - the main chemical involved in un-cleaving amino-acids.

Nope, the digesting of whey fractions and insulinogenic AAs will still mean their absorption is rapid. the casein fractions will be digested at a slower rate
The fat in milk? like skimmed milk which has 0.02% or similar

Have a search on the use of chocolate milk and hyperaminoacidemia in the PWO period

should bring up some interesting reading
