![]() | protein milk or water hi guys i am training upper body + cardio. i need to know from your experience 1. should i take my protein shake with milk or water. should i take it before my intense workout or after, and how long before or after thank you very much for all help |

The fat in milk? like skimmed milk which has 0.02% or similar Have a search on the use of chocolate milk and hyperaminoacidemia in the PWO period should bring up some interesting reading | |
