Then for the 2 sets with 6 reps in he increased the weight. What does everybody think of this for size and strength ? For example he did 30kg dumbells on incline bench for 2 sets then 32.5kg dumbbells for 2 sets of 6 reps. |

Functionally, there are a million other exercise that would be more productive. But, professional clubs (more football than rugby) are notoriously bad for strength and conditioning training and are only really catching up now.
