Anyone know any good gyms in Hertfordshire?
Hi all =]
I've been working out at home and i'm wondering if anyone knows any particularly gd gyms in hertfordshire in particular, thanks xD

where abouts in hertfordshire mate? it is quite a big county and let the others comments pass over your headgiven time you will understand that we live in england and respectfully enjoy the use of the queens english language (plus it helps the old fella's understand what you are saying) lol.

well then charters watford aint to bad (although the instuctor dude winds me up) and got told by a few people in me pub it has more of the "lumps" training there than the others.
