Question Biceps

You prolly see a thousand of me on this forum but here goes anyway lol. I want to build up my biceps and triceps, but mainly the upper part of my arm.
I am wondering what is the best excersise for this that i can do at home. Shall i perform press ups. I have weights can i do something with them.

Thanks for any advice you can give i am really wanting to build up my arms and look a little more toned.

cheers

Re: Biceps

Bench press, deadlifts, rows will build your arms enough at your stage od training.

Re: Biceps

good compound moves if you are not doing them already, such as deadlifts etc as already mentioned, lifting the heavy weights will give a good start to the biceps/upper arms

after a few weeks if you feel you want tp specialize more into them then theres a variety of different curls to do, but yeh start with compounds, thats one thing i didnt do and it lets you body size down

Re: Biceps

train hard on compounds and put on a stone and youll have bigger arms,as for isolation if you must do any-standing barbell curl 3x8
or triceps dips 3x however many in strict form

the big exercises will work them anyway so little isolation required-dont fanny about with lightweight kickbacks, etc
