good routine ?

hi i am 20 an i am 145 pounds. i wana bulk up so wot is the best way to bulk up ? i want to do a 3 day training routine. monday wednesday friday. then do cardio on tuesday an thursday ? can any1 suggest a good workout routine for me ? as in wot exersises are best ? how many reps! how often ? any help please ?

have a look on some of the other threads, there are some good 3 day splits on them

choose 1 put up your details, diet etc....will help how we can

i want both really ! strengh and size but i want to get bigger first ! i want to bulk up. and i am training for looks ! i want to get bulk then cut up. any suggestions?

Basic compound lifts are what you are looking for.
3 day split is easy.

Monday push routeine, Wednesday legs, Friday pull routine, weekends off.

Compound lifts are multi-joint lifts.
Keep it simple, the compounds will give you size, strength, and help you to not burn too many calories when trying to bulk.
Leave the isolation garbage alone for now, stick to the basics, and dont overtrain.
