Body Fat Calipers

Hi All

i would like to know the best/accurate way of measuring body fat. I heard it was with calipers

if so where could i purchase them and how do i use them correctly.

its a fairly accurate way but not the most accurate... the most accurate involves a water tank.

do a search on google mate there pretty cheap for a set of calipers.. or if you have personal trainers at your gym get one of them to do it!

i bought some scales ages ago the were weight watchers scales, there are far from accurate. they aint to bad with weight but working out bf% and bmi they were cr*p
