Where u train

Hi people,
Im in Manchester city Centre and trying find best local gym to me.
How far would u say to far is to drive every evening to a gym.
I got Paul Georges gym 7 miles away and John Hodges new gym opening next month 11 miles away.
All gyms in city centre aren not really any good for bodybuilding, UNLESS any1 knows of a gym i not found

Hi fella,
Yea all good thanks, glad lat pull down working well.
Ive moved to Manchester, working for dealership and got chance work up here.
Just avin trouble deciding where to train, guess spoiledfor choice with all the hardcore gyms up here just deciding how far want drive everynight.
Over injury and got back upto around the 16st mark, hope yr well and training well

just started again after another long (but nt as long as last time) break, ive moved up to norfolk now , got away from the rat race, nothing up here but sugar beet fields and tractors lol, ive got loads of work to do, got a bit of a belly to get rid of and my legs, ha! my little boys got bigger ones, really wanna do it properly this time, need to sit down and sort out my diet .

I train in my garage with a power rack/bench/olympic barbell/dumbells....works for me.

betta bodies in manchester in denton m8 you dont get any hardcore than that

I wasnt that impressed with beter bodies. Werent what i thought it would b. i did sholders there to try the gym out and the bench i was doing sholder press for was wobbling all over the place due to the movement in the floor!!! lol.
Ninepacks gym sounds the place to go when it opens i think
