![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: how do you stay the same weight/size depends lads really, when i hit 170lbs at 10% ill be stopping and im tall lol im just under 6ft. but im doing it for sport. hi mate the best way t do it imo is work ut hw many kcals you need for maintanace taking in consideration of expanditure used in your daily life and workouts, just as if you would if bulking or cutting thats what all the fighters at my club are advised to do, yeah some peoples weight varies more tan others but usually no more tat 3-5lbs due to water etc etc |

Once you start training,you'll realise that it may be easy to gain 1st but the gains slow down so much so that you have to train lots more harder and eat plenty more in order to gain that elusive lb. |
