saint72 is on a distinguished road
no access to squats.

Due to the confined area I have to train in at home I have no way of putting them into my routine, I was wondering what people thought of dumbell squats as a alternative?

For balance get a swiss ball and rest it on your back against the wall and squat with the dumbells that way.
