![]() | Re: hi all !! When you say you are unsure of how to higher and lower carb intake, is this because you want to loose fat leading up to your comps ? if so look in the the loosing weight section, and look up carb cycling (timed carbs wrote by pscarb) http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/losing-we...med-carbs.html heres a link anyway hope this is of some use [/color]Last edited by MATTY_2008; 30-04-2008 at 05:47 PM. |

Sorry you havent had a response my friend, it doesnt look good but isnt a fair representation of the board on the whole ok, as you have used before, you have to go in an open event so using other supplements may aid in the pursuit for mega leaness you havent really said what you want or need to do to compete? i assume its to cut if the show is close? as for the diet, that will not be a good long term diet to cut on you have no carbs of note after training and manipulating carbs is essential to get very lean when is your chosen show to be held? we can go from there |

Hi Stu...sorry I missed your first post, glad to see you stuck around...If your gonna do a show it wouldn't be a bad idea to get a show journal started and kinda lay it on the line for everybody to go over and critque for you....this is a great forum with many competitive BB who I'm sure will be happy to help...that's what everybodys here for....you will get you share of responces from lounge chair BB like me but you never know when we can pull a great idea out are a*ses, we have a tendency to follow the KISS rule and not over complicate things when they don't need to be...look forward to reading your journal soon...Cheers... |

![]() | Re: hi all !! To be honest m8, I am not one who cannot really comment on that as I have not competed myself although if your show is not till october time you could carry on doing your current diet, training programme (For 3 months) and work on that back as you think it is one of your weak points, and then closer to the show (3 months out) start your cutting phase for the show. Just my opinion other people have far more knowledge than myself and I am sure will help you out. ![]() |
