Re: hi all !!

i start with close lat pulldowns. warm up 15 reps
3x sets 8reps couldn't tell you the weight i go to on this

4x sets cable rows 10 reps up the weight each set. i don't want to sound thick but can't remember the weight i pull. when in gym next i'll look at the stacks.

3x set 8 reps bent over rows startin at 50kg up to 80kg as want to do the form right

deadlift or hyperextensions vary between weeks

deadlift 3x 10reps start at 60kg 100kg 140kg

hyperextensions 3x 10 to 15 reps holding 20kg plate then drop it and go to failure.

Re: hi all !!

On your cable rows are you doing close grip or wide grip...? either way try switching it...I'd loose the BB bent over row and replace with T-bar....BUT I would also make sure you add in somewhere One arm DB bent over rows...IMO...I don't think your back routine is bad but if your not getting the results you want it won't hurt to try something new...I don't think you will lose anything by trying my suggestions...

Re: hi all !!

cable rows are close grip i will try and hit them with a wide grip instead

is the one arm bent over row like when you are bent over bench letting the db stretch down and pull back up towards your chest ? just want to make sure as will give it a go.
