![]() | push/pull/leg explained....HELP Hey all. Can people please explain and breakdown the push pull advice I keep reading I think I kinda get it but I'd just like it clear, any good or standard routines I can do for strengh and size. Thanks in advance and basics I know but you gotta ask to learn right??? |

Push - Monday - Bench press, Shoulder Press, Close Grip Bench or Dips Pull - Wednesday - Deadlift, Bent Over Row, Chinups, Pullups Legs - Friday - Squats, Stiff leg deadlift, Calf raises. |
