push/pull/leg explained....HELP

Hey all. Can people please explain and breakdown the push pull advice I keep reading I think I kinda get it but I'd just like it clear, any good or standard routines I can do for strengh and size. Thanks in advance and basics I know but you gotta ask to learn right???

and should I work these on the same days???? at the minute I do back tri,chest bi,shoulder leg is this wrong

monday- legs
tues- chest bis
weds- back tris
thurs rest
fri- shoulders
sat rest
sun rest

shud be fine doin tht, pplenty of rest days


make sure u get ur diet rite tho otherwise u wont get anyting from ur training

Re: push/pull/leg explained....HELP

If your going for a push, pull and legs routine it should look something like this.

Push - Monday - Bench press, Shoulder Press, Close Grip Bench or Dips

Pull - Wednesday - Deadlift, Bent Over Row, Chinups, Pullups

Legs - Friday - Squats, Stiff leg deadlift, Calf raises.
