Need Help with Multi-Gym: To buy or not buy?

Hi, I need to get in shaped and get stronger, I've decided that I would rather have the equipment at home rather than join a gym as I've already got a rowing machine and a treadmill, I also have free weights, but I want a multi gym to make working out quicker. I have 2 that I'm interested.
I'm a little more interest in this one as there's more to it.

This is another one, on ebay,

I need to know whether it will be any good, and if it would be worthing buying.

Neither look that good tbh, I think youll be sacrificing a decent workout for sake of convenience.

Personaly the 5 moves Id wanna be able to do are deads, squats, bench, dips and pullups. So Id get a setup where I can do these along with a set of dumbells.

power rack, £339 will more then do you
