Personal Trainer Needed!

Hi all,

Well i have posted a couple of threads on here since recently joining and i am still none the wiser for a training routine or a diet plan.

I think i am gonna have to invest in a personal trianer however i am in Southend, Essex so this may have to be by phone or online i assume.

Any recommendations please of trainers?

Well now i am confused as to whether i need to bulk or cut?

The meal plan laid out is too awkward as i work in an office and there are no facilities to heat things up.

If you are fatter than you want to be then cut.

If you are smaller than you want to be, then bulk.

If you are smaller and fatter than you want to be then eat enough to fuel your training, train thrice weekly, and increase your cardio.

If you can't reheat then eat it cold or heat it in the morning, put it in tupperware, wrap it in foil and put it in a cool bag and take it to work...

Well i have a beer gut and a 34 waist but i am 6ft 2 so not carring any lard anywhere else. It is only the stomach that needs attention in loss really.

I thought prob bulk with cardio?

Your waist seems fine to be honest.
Im 6ft ish and have a 32 inch waist and wouldnt consider myself fat at all.

If your wanting to lose body fat ie your beer gut.
Your best bet is cardio on an empty stomach, if thats not possible then low intensity cardio after your workouts. Between 30 and 45 minutes on the treadmill with an incline of 5 and about 4 mph or 7kmph.

How tall are you...? What do you weigh...?

Start at 200g P, 300g C and 75g F and adjust accordingly.

Go for an hours walk each day. Do HIIT after training.

Train heavy 3x per week.
