Just post your diet in the losing weight section & tell people your goals, current weight & training and you'll get some feedback. Try to be specific when describing your diet & include serving sizes where possible. I'll keep an eye out for it.

Thank you, I'll write it down and post it later tonight or tomorrow sometime.

I just know that all the info will be on this site somewhere and I've been reading the diet section but there's 44 pages of posts!

when i first started that was my attitude
