arm curl extension

i suppose this lies under the category of getting started, didnt know where else to post it

im looking to get an extension onto my weight bench,

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Arm-Curl-Attac...QQcmdZViewItem

i was just wondering if you guys knew any equipment sites i could get one cheaper

i mean i paid less for the bench!

plus it doesnt show to measurements of the pad so i dont even know if it will fit into my leg workout extension

but yeh if could maybe give me a listing of some reliable cheap equipment sites you guys may have used before would be great

Re: arm curl extension

cheapest of all mate would be to just use the bench in incline and stand behind (or sit if poss) failing that have you googled "gym accessories". most online stores seem ok price wise but you would be better off searching your bench make and seeing if there is an attachment available.

Re: arm curl extension

yeh awhile back i used to chuck the bench incline and go from there but using both arms with my curl bar isnt very comfortable

plus im looking to sit down and curl, just to put abit more focus on my arms

im still googling around, but good idea, ill check the bench's website!!

Re: arm curl extension

ooohh you are a star!!

i was just looking through argos funnily enough as they got clearance going, im not at all cheap hehe

the only problem i have with that one is that theres no-where to dump the weight when im done, i could always make a temporary weight stand to go infront of him

cheers for the find mate! Repped!
