Routine Change

Hey all,

I was wondering how often people would change their routine. I usually change after about 5 weeks largely because it keeps things interesting and I don't get bored with the process and keeps me motivated.

What about the rest of you? Do you feel this is too short?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Routine Change

realistically every 4-5 weeks is ideal,

Re: Routine Change

I'lll normally only change mine if I find a need to. Im constantly reading up on routine and if I find something I think I should include then I'll adapt my routine to include it. I havent plateued yet either but Im guessinh when I doI'll change things. Qyuite fancy GVT for a coupleof months and see how that works out.

Re: Routine Change

if something is working why change it til you platue????

A lot of people train differently but i think if its not broke and you are gaining then why change as isn't your goals anyway to gain????

Just my HO of course you can do what you want though tbh and tbh its totally up to you how you train!
