Bulking belly

Hi lads im having a problem no matter what i try i cant shift my podgy belly its not really that big compared to some i just want to get it back to been flat does anyone have a good exercise that i can do to help with my problem cheers.

Ive got a pretty good diet i think, i dont do any cardio im 12 stone and am trying to gain more mass bulk up ive gained size over the years but carnt shift the belly.

add in a few cardio sessions while your bulking mate, helps keep off excess fat

thems your problems right there!... you need to be honest with yourself..if you wanna be big, expect to put a little fat on... losing fat and eating big to get big is very difficult to do both at the same time.

post up your diet and i'd start sticking 10mins cardio before you do your weights!

hi mate the lads are right get some cardio going. im bulking but i do sprint training on a tue and 45min walk on thurs. you will put on some fat but you can still lower your overall bf% at the same time by gaining some quality lbm aswell.

i have more fat on me now than when i started my current bulk, garunteed. but i look leaner as the muscle i have gained out weighs the fat.

personally tho you have to make a choice if you really want the stomach gone then change your diet and wo to loose fat , then when you are at a happy place , decide to bulk but if i were you i would bulk now gain some nice mass then cut as i find loosing fat easier than gaining lbm

smaller meals and less carbs mate,my belly always stuck out.
and just by cutting the carbs eating smaller meals and doin abs twice a week my belly is flatter.
