![]() | Bulking belly Hi lads im having a problem no matter what i try i cant shift my podgy belly its not really that big compared to some i just want to get it back to been flat does anyone have a good exercise that i can do to help with my problem cheers. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Bulking belly hi mate the lads are right get some cardio going. im bulking but i do sprint training on a tue and 45min walk on thurs. you will put on some fat but you can still lower your overall bf% at the same time by gaining some quality lbm aswell. i have more fat on me now than when i started my current bulk, garunteed. but i look leaner as the muscle i have gained out weighs the fat. personally tho you have to make a choice if you really want the stomach gone then change your diet and wo to loose fat , then when you are at a happy place , decide to bulk but if i were you i would bulk now gain some nice mass then cut as i find loosing fat easier than gaining lbm good luck |
