Re: virtual trainer for a slim boy?

Start a progress log up and the board as a whole will help you...

Re: virtual trainer for a slim boy?

Think you are kind of looking for someone to tell you what to eat and how to train and its not really how these forums work mate. Its give and take. Have a read about and you'll get a good idea of what direction you should be heading as far as training and food wise.

Re: virtual trainer for a slim boy?

Hi Kollby,

A progress log as TH&S called it is basically a journal... post up your diet and training regime in the members pictures/ training section and the board will post as they see fit. Make sure you post up what your goals are because otherwise you'll get a bizarre response.

Seriously though.. take a look through the forum there's a lot of info here.... seriously!

Kollby. A couple of questions for you:-

1. Have you got access to a gym
2. What current exercise do you do
3. What does your diet look like.

Re: virtual trainer for a slim boy?

he he this sounds like a muscle worshiper who contacted me on myspace asking me to help him! LOL, all he wanted was pics of me!

na mate, you can't get anyone else to do it for you. First of all you need to read some of the workout and supps threads on here and then come up with a basic plan and deit. Then post your plan/diet on here and we'll tell you how it looks.

Follow the adapted plan and in a few weeks let us know your progress and if you feel its going ok, maybe we'll advise you to change something if you are not liking a particular food or exercise.

Fact is, people are more willing to help if it looks like you have at least made the effort to help yourself in the first place.
