![]() | Just a little help getting started please Ok, first of all thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to help out, these are my details in case they are useful Age: 25 Height: 5ft 9.7ins/177cm Weight: 12st 9lb/80.6kg Body Fat 20% 16.2kg Other than the gym I get very little exercise as I work from home, my only really activity is walking my dog for roughly an hour and I started noticing I’ve been putting on more and more weight so I decided to start hitting the gym, which I have done every day since the beginning of Feb., doing cardio 5days a week whilst having 2 days off and trying to eat healthy, I’ve lost quite a bit of weight but I’d still like to get down to between 10-15% body fat, my aim was always to lose a stone and then start doing weights to get a nicer shape and bulk up a bit, I was also told that putting on muscle helps the weight loss process, anyways, I’ve just started weight training last Monday (10th) I’m working out on weights Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and doing cardio on the days in between, I really need help with my diet, I’ve got no idea how much I should be eating on cardio days and weight day or even if it should be different, how many crabs, protein, calories etc I should be aiming for, and what the best times to be eating these should be? I have whey protein, pro gaine maxi musscle and a small tub of creatine that I can take, I’ve also heard green tea helps Thanks again in advance |
