I think thats why one arm pullups are so hard is its almost impossible to cheat. |

Damn internet, always loads of different opinions :crazy: If i sit here and put a hand on my delts and go from palms facing away position to palms facing, there seems to be a shift of the emphasis?? Am i just nuts . . . . . probably ![]() And yeah i agree with cookies post above |
