starting to thinl about cutting but need some help please!

Hi all

Have been on this bulking diet now for 2.5 months. Have seen massive changes, put on over2 stone in mass and have added 1.5inches to my chest and 1 inch to my arms. Feel it is time to start cutting soon tho as have put on a bit of body fat and wanna be ripped for summer.

Just wonderin if you can point out the changes i need to make to my diet!

Cheers


Meal one:

CNP pro mass shake pint with semi skimmmed milk.
Wheatabix/porride with milk.

Meal two:

400g Minced beef
1 oninon
1 tin toms
75g brown rice/pasta.

Meal three:

250g turkey thigh.
75g pasta/rice.
carrots
spinach.

Meal four:

Tin of tuna
75g rice/pasta
mayo.
half pint of semi skimmed milk.

Meal five:

Same as meal 3/4.

Meal 6:

350- 500g cottage cheese.

You could probably just trim your current diet if you are gaining on it but maybe wanna cut the calories abit. Swap for skimmed milk, no mayo, not sure what cnp pro mass actually contains but maybe just have a whey shake with water and your wheetabix. Rest of the diet looks pretty clean.

lol wtf is up with the 400grams of beef thats a bit excessive dont you think?
I say keep eating big as you are but add in cardio and make sure your not taking in any junk, also in future dont "bulk" so you dont have to diet off a ton of fat.

cool thanks.......... the 400g of beef is a little excessive i gues but that diet ensures i get 260-300gs of protien a day. gues i could swap it for more turkey or lean steak as thats where most of my sat fat is a present

me to i have it as a side order with most of my meals. but 500g is hardcore in one sitting.
