hey guys!

been scanning round the forum quickly and seems much better than a forum for BB i was just registered to

alot more honestly and less ignorance

anyway, looking to train my back alot more, i seem to have become lopsided in terms on muscle... yeh i laughed aswell hehe

apart from chinups i don't know or do any others, mind i have recently been doing deadlifts

so yeh thought id drop a hey-o before i go surfing for some good form!

And hello from the county above you (Cardi lad here born if not bred). I should of course point out that Pembrokeshire probably has more private gyms than Ceredigion (I only know of one in the entire county!).

aye in my town P. Dock, two have been built within the last week, we now have four gyms:confused:

one minute we've got one and now we've got too many

either way i still train in my basement

not to hijack but what muscles do deadlifts really hit ? Ive recently introduced them and had real doms in my traps but not sure what the doms were from as alot of my routine has changed.

Deads will work the following:

Traps
Lats
Spinae Erector
Forearms
Glutes
Hams

and possibly more
