![]() | Old nOOb saying howdy :) Hi all, been lurkin for a while now as a guest then as a member, lifted in the past but as my pwo was a fag and last nights kebab I didnt really get far lmao. I better also say I used to have a quick cig in-between sets too :( Anyhow here I am 38 and just quit smoking not missing it either which is a real strange one... although this board seemed to take my mind off it. As I said before : Age: 38 Height: 6'8" Weight: 277lbs Bodyfat:.............. How bl**dy much????? about 25% ok maybe nearer 30 ![]() Last couple of months done some conditioning just starting on 3 day week. Monday Bench Press 3 x 8-10 Flye 3 x 8-10 Close Grip Bench 3 x 8-10 Lat Pulldowns ( Close Grip Palms In ) Bent Over Rows ( Wide Grip Palms To The Floor) Seated Row Shrugs all 3 x 8-10 Wednesday Squat DeadLift Leg Ext Leg Curl above all 3 x 8-10 Standing Calf Raises 3 x 10-12 Cable Crunches 3 x 10-12 Cable Oblique Cruches 3 x 10-12 Friday Upright Row DB Lateral Raise DB Shoulder Press Barbell Curl DB Alternate Curl Preacher Curl Single Arm Tricep Pushdowns Seated Tricep Press all 3 x 8-10 At the moment the only supplement I am using is soya isolate, so a bit of advice on supps would be great also on my workout above plz, my main goal is to drop the body fat % hopefully by half . anythin else just ask... great to be here . :tongue10: |
