Theres nothing wrong with singles by the way, its a good way of breaking through a platue. Cheat curls are a legit exersize - they were used throughout the 60-70s. Perfert form is just for the textbooks look at most of the videos of the pros training and there useing there own interpertation of the exersises but some keyboard warror would slate them for "not having good form.." | |
