true they dont have to, but it is so hard to explain to some women that by having more protien in their diet and lifting for strength will not make them loo like a bb.

my girl wont do 5x5, she says she doesnt want to look huge, i tell her i eat alot and she eats on a calorie deficient diet and i am not massive lol

I meen if my training didnt work then how could I have built the body that I did in such a short time? Many people spend years trying to get what I have.

I will give you that one, you might not have known my earlyer videos lol that got slated.

Theres nothing wrong with singles by the way, its a good way of breaking through a platue.

Cheat curls are a legit exersize - they were used throughout the 60-70s.

Perfert form is just for the textbooks look at most of the videos of the pros training and there useing there own interpertation of the exersises but some keyboard warror would slate them for "not having good form.."

It cant be as bad as the brussel sprout diet.. that was harsh. Had to have the windows open almost all day.
