advice needed

question anyone, i

ve been training for like 6 months (i took a year out i used to work out lots),

and i have a new routine, i do 3 muscle groups(2 exercises for each)every time i work out :-

day 1 , heavy session - Triceps, Shoulders Chest
day 2 - light - Biceps Back Legs
off
day 3 - Light Session - Triceps shoulders Chest
day 4 - heavy - Biceps Backs Legs

im now starting to go through a session in half an hour or less! this wont help me surely? goal is to be defined but a fair amount of mass.

i also take whey protein after each workout.

Re: advice needed

Just lift heavy all the time.

Do legs - chest/triceps - back - over three days split.

Train your abs heavy too, take plenty of cals and protein.

Re: advice needed

Good heavy sets of squats and deadlifts will help promote muscle growth thoughout the entire body.
