Basically, squats don't 'just' work your legs - the squat works the whole body (although it may be hard to imagine), from legs to even your core. That is just an example. Deadlifts are the same. They work the back, traps, hamstrings, & biceps incredibly well.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: squats, deadlifts & bench With these exercises your hitting so many muscles. A squat is hitting all your core muscles, lower back, quads, glutes and many more I assume. This promotes most growth in the body. |
