![]() | Noobie say hi Hello all, I have started weight training 9 weeks ago with supplements to help to gain size and strength. I have been a regular at my gym in the last year or so and I have been doing cardio (running) and core exercises twice a week so I can say I am fit but nothing special. 9 Weeks ago I went to my guy with a friend of mine and he showed me some weight lifting techniques and I am amazed how much he can lift, he is a personal trainer and he have been doing weight training for years :lift: I am a very discipline person and I have been going to the gym 3 times a week for 9 weeks with our fail. I work 3.5 days with a 12 hours shifts so eating 7 meals a day is not possible as I work in a high street pharmacy. I eat my regular 3 meals a day + 3 high carb/protein shakes in between. I used tri matrix for pre work out and growth matrix for post work out. I also cut down on a lot of my late night online games so I get at least 8 hours sleep each day. I started out with body weight of 83 and now I am 95kg. MY wife and my friends can tell that I am much bigger now then a few months ago and I find myself with new muscles that kinda restrict my movements...nor obstruct as such but needing to adjusted to if anyone understand what I mean. I understand that I am at my bulking stage and I will go on to cut but I don't really know when I should make the switch. Getting bigger is addictive and I don't want to enter competition, I just want to look good in summer and have the strength to lift weights and give my muscle a good work out. I got a lot of info on this forum and I just want to say thanks for all the help I got so far ![]() I am 6"1 tall, Chinese. here is a pic of my arm if that pic works. My 3 days split 1 Chest/Biceps 2 Back/triceps 3 Legs/shouders |

It's up to you whether you want to continue bulking or whether you start to cut up. All depends on your personal goals really. |

![]() | Re: Noobie say hi 12kg hopfully big % on muscle mass and less % on fat. I really ought to find out my body fat but my gym is not that good. i am with Esporta and I rate them as a health club more than a gym, I constantly having to fight for weights... |
