Help building a routine?

Can anyone help me build a routine? Any details you need, just ask. To give you an idea where I'm at:
  • I'm 18
  • 11 Stone
  • Bench press is roughly 160lbs
  • One arm dumbbell curl is roughly 54lbs
  • I'm looking to build quite a bit of muscle before cutting
Again, any more details needed, just ask.

Thanks in advance.

I suppose I should have been more specific as to what I was asking for. Just an outline, really. How to make use of compound exercises when considering what muscles to work and on what days.

I'll go look for that post now, cheers.
