I think the pullups will be enough for my bis as i will get some work on them from rowing and deadlifting. So its looking like Deads - 5 x 5 Row - 5 x 5 Chins - 3 x failure Pullups - 3 x failure Shall i do bent over row or or just a normal row ? Its not just a BACK - Its PUSH , so really its back and biceps. |

Don't worry about arm curls - leave them alone if you want to. I didn't touch any for about 4 months & they grew just from doing deads and barbell rows. What do you mean by normal rows? There's loads of different types of rows. Barbell rows are superb. Once you get a bit more advanced, try some Yates' rows - now they do hurt. |

I do chinups ( over hand grip ) for my lats i do pullups ( underhand grip ) for my biceps. By doing pullups last and going to failure will surelly be enough as it will take them to higher limits. |
