 | help for girl mate easy ppl how r u all? my mate needs some help adding some weight. shes 7 stones @ 5 foot 4 inches. shes not active at all, just a geek lol. but shes desprate to add weight nuffin works for her. wat do u ppl suggest. i was thinking of giving her my diet but its 4500-5000cals lol, its gone be to much hope u guys and gals can help kas. |

| Re: help for girl mate I'd say 8.5 - 9.5 stone would be a good weight for her, but thats depending on body composition.. Whatever she's eating now, up her calories by 500 or so, then keep upping in increments of 250-400cals until she's gaining at a nice rate.. And yeah, 4-5000cals is a little excessive for her! |
