Muscle size compared to weight
Hello All,

Just wondering what size measurements people get to around the 85/90kg mark?

The reason I ask is this, I weigh 102kg and have my body fat measured at 20% at gym with callipers.

Now if i loose 10% that leaves me at 90kg and 10% bf meaning i should be huge looking at the builders who compete on here at around 80kg mark.

However I only have 16.5" arms around bi and 25" thigh and around 47" chest. I am 5' 10" tall

I am getting confused as things don't add up. either the calliper measurements are off or my bones are very heavy lol:crazy:

What sort of measurements should i be aiming for at around 85-90kg

Any help much appreciated

I think the calculator works best if 'natural' although i could be wrong.

feel exactly the same way mate but when you look at there comp threads etc there proper dieted down no fat, water etc etc but will have to wait till i hit 17st and ake it form there

I suppose we will always view ourselfs different to others perception.

I guess the best thing i can do is post up some pics for people to critique/give advice then take it from there.
