Using such a low calorific diet is the main reason so many people (especially women) end up yoyo dieting most of their lives and end up constantly depressed. Yes they will lose weight initially but it certainly won't stay off once they go back to a normal healthy diet. It will also reduce seratonin levels in the body resulting in them becoming more depressed when weight starts to go back on due to the reduced metabolism from the crashed dieting. |

Abbie, the main thing in all of this is to try to keep yourself focused. Yes there will be times when you eat more than you should, (we all do, me especially) but if you try to remain positive and try to set yourself a daily routine that you can stick to, then as you see things change you will get into it much more... Just try to remain positive and focused on your goals and with a little help diet wise (from Pscarb) it will fall into place... Good luck anyway |
