Joints clicking

Hey Guys,

Sometimes when I change position (And not in the bedroom! lol) I will head a small click. I get no pain from this what-so-ever and I just assume that this will be my joints.

Do I just need to simply start taking some fish oils or something?

Re: Joints clicking

As long as your not getting any real pains there's no real reason to take anything....although fish oils are advisable for their benefits anyway....

However, if you did have a joint problem, rather than fish oils I'd recommend glucosamine sulphate

Re: Joints clicking

I get clicking in my ankles and elbows but get no pain. I just supplement my diet with fish oils, glucosamine and chondroitin. Sometimes i take cissus if i get pain which i find helps. Its normal mate.

Re: Joints clicking

My joints click like buggery. I've always thought that I'd be no good as a secret agent or assasin, as I wouldn't be able to creep up on my targets in the time honoured stealthy fashion that is necessary for the task.

This bothers me considerably.

I have found, however, that upon increasing my fish oil intake & taking glucosamine/chondroitin/MSN, I am a little quieter.

This is good as I am now able to creep up on Chelsea Pensioners & nick their war medals & hats.

Re: Joints clicking

My joints click like mad. When I twist & turn my back clicks (should go & see a chiropractor really), however, there is no pain.

My kneecaps are awful, too. Elbows 'n' all. It does my birds head-in TBH, but what can I do other than kill myself? :noidea:
