![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | rounded delts what are some good exersices for the shoulders i was that rounded look on my delts so i can see more of a contrast between shoulder and arm, im 15%bf so sould be able to see some sort of contrast but so far i dont. i train my shoulders with my legs and the day is like this 5x5 squat leg press press and clean shoulder press calf raises side raises im constantly hitting more weight and pushing myself but cant see a conntrast unless i tense. iv seen people with higher bf% with the taper leading to the side of the bi and iv seen smaller people than me with it but with lower bf% is it justa mix between muscle size and bf% |

Rear delts get hammered when you do your rows. You are doing the right thing by concentrating on getting stronger - your shoulders will develop from that. |

When you get up to using 150lbs'ers, you will have massive rear delts. Any rowing action uses rear delt to an extent - in many respects this is what your rear delts are "for" as opposed to the isolation exercises we are all familiar with. |

But like others have said its about muscle maturity as well your not going to see tie-ins/seperation like your talking about for a while. |
