my routie is based round ,
seated d/b press press
d/b side laterals
d/b front raises
barbell shrugs ,

find that works for me

cheers jimmy, i will hopefuly keep going like this for a month or two , any idea of how much weight it will take before visable changes occur, it will be 1 month of bulking next sunday so if i continue on course i opefully will have put on around 5lbs in 4 weeks hopeing i can see a difference on my pics.

i avent got as much volume as you dan but mainly because im starting out and do shouders with legs so dont want to over do mysef

i dont know if i could, i trained legs and shoulders yesterday and now i can hardy walk or raise my arms lol
