Beach_07 Newbie Trainer Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 15	Any1 from Newark/Reto/Worksop Hey all, im new on here so just wondered if anyone from or near tuxford on here? Retford or Worksop. Im after a traing partner as i thinkin of joining a local gym but i no nothing about building myself up. i have a carl lewis multi gym not the best but it does the job at min for me to build my stength Help needed as i really want to gain body weight muscle and tone up for the summer and to raise my confidence in myself and self esteem. Thanks all Tom
