![]() | Work out twice a week I have been doing squats, bench press, over head presses,sldl, barbell rows and barbell curls twice a week for couple of weeks is this enough work out for a beginner or should I be doing more? junior |

![]() | Re: Work out twice a week As a beginner myself I dont think it's too much, sometimes less is better! You should focus mainly on compound moves as you have been doing. eg, deadlits, bench press, overhead press, squats. The lads on here advised me on a pretty simple routine to get started off, which is: mon - chest and tri's wed - back and bi's fri - legs and shoulders Try that or something similar and see how it goes. |
