Smile Muscle!!

hi there,

im 13 years old and want to get some decent abs and pecktorals, i know you think not another 13 year old lad thinking he can get it in a week or so i know muscle gaining is a hard training process and well done to all of you who have decent abs and pectorals,

anyway im here to ask is there anyone who has any good exersice plans i run quite often about 3 times a week and i usually run 2-3 miles on a good day 5, and i do, do sit-ups and press ups but not so often so is there anyone who can help.

Alright big lad welcome to the board

If you want visible abs Callum it is mainly down to having a low bodyfat percentage

what is your eating like at the moment bro?

sorry about the section thing im new, errrrrmm dont know really my brothers say im fat when im 5,3 and 7 1/2 stone but just want to tone the muscles to give my self some self confidence

I started training my brother around your age and now hes 85kg 5ft7 and lean and only about to turn 17, cant start too young IMO

errrrm not so great to be honest, good do with em-provement

some days i have burgers others i have jacket potatoes, not to keane on salad, what food is best?

From just looking at your BMI - body mass index, it is 18.6 which is just normal weight. If you were any lighter you would be underweight.
So you cant be to fat.

Dont worry about posting in the wrong section, you will probably get more replies with it being in the right section though. Im sure a mod will move it for you.

Go read the stickies on muscle gains, toning and diet in the other sub forums.

i know it mat not seem like i am fat but alot of me is more puppy fat and i want to tone the muscles soo i dont look like a little kid.

like i said i do. do running but nothing seems to happen so thought you guys may hav the answer!!

Im not one to advise on diet really Callum, but as I said I will point you in the right direction, I dont want to bombard you with too much information big lad so I will find you the basics

Seems like its your diet then if you do as much cardio as your saying,

Put down all of the foods you eat so people can give you a better idea of how to reach your goals.

well this is what i would have in a week

morning: rice krispies/ ready brek/weetabix/alpen

Lunch:pizza/burger/can of pop/jacket potato

Tea: hawian chicken/chips/burger/stir fry/chippy tea/pizza

as you can see its not a very good dies woow it looks really bad!!:(

Similar diet to mine tbh.

How far can you alter your diet ? As in eliminating chips etc, adding in things like fruit and veg, and more healthy foods ?
As in , are you a fussy eater ?
