![]() | Newbie Just came across the site the other day and thought i would register. Stopped training for about a year and 1/2 but have been begun training again over the last 6 months wish i had never stopped. Not sure if many people from Scotland are on here but seems like a good site for advice and info. cheers Lighty |

![]() | Re: Newbie Depends what your goals are ace , Too get big = - Eat big 6-7 mealsa day high Protein + Carbs + Good fats - Train hard 3/4 day split , - Sleep well at least 8 hours a night IMO keep us posted maybe start a diary etc to keep record |
