shoulder training

been doing arnold presses for a while now and was wondering what is the best shoulder press exercise, is it arnold, millitry or any other???

i do millitary db press but have always wondered if barbell would be better.

Personal preference, I like BB, as it is easier to add small amounts of weight each week, but can be difficult to get into position with a decent weight without a couple of spotters.

If you set it up just right it can be OK on occasion, but I do not like them as a rule, they restrict your ROM, take stress off your stabilising muscles, and can lead to injury over time.

BB press is my fave, seated or standing , clike nytol said, can easily put on small amounts of weight at a time ,

i do shoulders with legs and do a exersice where i lift the bar in a deadlift manner and ten over myhead , i suppose this would be like a bb press then i do my db's
