![]() ![]() | Re: shoulder training Personal preference, I like BB, as it is easier to add small amounts of weight each week, but can be difficult to get into position with a decent weight without a couple of spotters.

![]() ![]() | Re: shoulder training If you set it up just right it can be OK on occasion, but I do not like them as a rule, they restrict your ROM, take stress off your stabilising muscles, and can lead to injury over time.
