hello one and all, need a bit of advice boys, been training about 4 years, never used steroids before. i am currently 14st 8 at 13% bodyfat would eventually like to be 15st 5 at say 5/6% bodyfat, any advice on what i could use to help me bulk initially, and then cut (whilst keeping strength) to me final weight, cheers boys

Re: intermediate trainer needs steroid advice

thanks for the advice m8, training on a 5 day split at the moment, heavy, low rep training, diet is good if im honest about 6 small meals, say average 300g protein 450g carbs, 90g fat a day. i would intend to use orals initially, and see how it goes. and im looking into post cycle therapy, but like i say im a total beginner when it comes to steroids and could use all the advice i can get. thanks again
