Circuit training

currently I participate in 45 min circuit training twice and sometimes 3 times a week. I feel it works the major muscles in all the body along with plenty of cardio (running).
I'm after leaning out.

My diet is good too.

What's everyones opinion here on circuit training? I feel it helps me keep motivate as its a group session. But my question is mainly on the benefits part.

Re: Circuit training

Depends what your goals are mate.

For general health and keeping fit its great!

It will build some muscle and strip the fat off you, probably give you that men's health look in time.

I used to do circuits, i love them.

But you wont build slabs of muscle.
