HIIT Imagination

HIIT can be performed on anything right? It's the best way to burn fat, right?

So if i wanted to i could just make up a HIIT program? So for example, on the bike, 40secs steady, 30secs going for it, 20 secs steady again, 30secs going for it, and keep on doing that for 10/15 minutes?

Maybe someone give me tips on how to do HIIT properly or a site that they know of to give programs of HIIT, i'd love that please

Thank you :beer1:

Re: HIIT Imagination

Exactly...

I do 15 intervals, 45 sec 50-60% then 15 secs 100% all out

Usually I'll do running on a field, but sometimes I'll do bike, rower etc - it can be anything.

Re: HIIT Imagination

So If I go for 45sec steady then 15 minute going for it, on anything, that'll be alright yeah? It's just I don't particular wanna stick to the same thing, I wanna use various machines!

After a little while of doing it, shorten the rest gab and lengthen the 'going for it' gap, right?

Theres no hard and fast rule,

it's just whats worked for me and clients, i change things around for certain clients but that works perfect for me.

Aslong as your giving it 100% ++++ then theres no real need to up the 'going for it' time....just adjust the volume, i.e. start with a few and build up

HIIT is very tough - if done correctly
