![]() | HIIT Imagination HIIT can be performed on anything right? It's the best way to burn fat, right? So if i wanted to i could just make up a HIIT program? So for example, on the bike, 40secs steady, 30secs going for it, 20 secs steady again, 30secs going for it, and keep on doing that for 10/15 minutes? Maybe someone give me tips on how to do HIIT properly or a site that they know of to give programs of HIIT, i'd love that please ![]() Thank you :beer1: |

It's just I don't particular wanna stick to the same thing, I wanna use various machines! After a little while of doing it, shorten the rest gab and lengthen the 'going for it' gap, right? ![]() |

it's just whats worked for me and clients, i change things around for certain clients but that works perfect for me. Aslong as your giving it 100% ++++ then theres no real need to up the 'going for it' time....just adjust the volume, i.e. start with a few and build up HIIT is very tough - if done correctly ![]() | |
