Help Needed

Hi fellas ,
I could use a little help please,
As i said in an earlier post (Newbe Alert) it's now been 7 yrs since i was last in the gym and i dare say have forgotten a few things.

I am currently training 4 days on and 3 off cycle (Monday first day on).
At the moment i'm using NRG mass gain protine shakes and take 2 a day, one in the morning and one ASAP after training (norm within 30min).
Also i'm using Maximuscle creatine powder and have now completed the loading stage on this Saturday 16/2/08.

Now for the questions.
1, How long does it take creatine to kick in
2, Do i need to keep taking protine shakes on off days

Feel free to comment on the protine or creatine if the products arn't good enough and advise me what is as i said it's been a long time.

Re: Help Needed

Creatine - just take 5g pre and post workout.Loading phase is not needed.

Try to eat solid food over shakes. No need for protein shakes at all if your diet meets your intake requirements.

Post your diet in correct section for advice.

Stop buying Maximuscle, save some cash by using the board sponsors.

Re: Help Needed

In order to make the best progress you need to formulate a training and diet plan dependant on your personal goals.

You should ideally be consuming between 6-8 meals a day based on complex carbs, lean proteins and healthy fats.

Obviously, all depends on how serious you want to get.
