elephant man can only hope to improve
confused and in need of help

hello everyone.
i am 24 years old , 5 ft 8 and weigh 186 lbs/13 st 4lbs,not got a great body,quite tubby around stomach ,i have lost 7lbs already and wish to lose around another 10lbs but i also wish to tone my body and dont really know what to eat,because if i eat so much protein and 6 meals a day surely this will add mass to my body,i dont wish to be a huge bodybuilder just look and feel alot better so if any1 can help me that would be fantastic.

1 - well done for the weight loss so far

2 - starters mate e
ating lots of protien will not make you look like a body builder they dont just end up looking like that one day lol

3- eating 6 meals a day will be better than 3 as it keeps the metabolic rate at a good level

unfort im not the best to advise on diet as im just starting but just eat well, cut the junk food and train hard sorry thats all i can say as i am just starting my self

do some research tho and find out what foods are good to eat when, and then post a diet up and the lads on ere im sure will correct it
