![]() | Squats advice I have stupidly neglected squats in the past and from reading these forums it seems like I really should bring it into my routine. The problem I have is I train on my own at home in a very confined space (no room to get a barbell on a stand etc), which obviously causes problems with mounting and dismounting at a decent weight. Are squats still worth it if I lower the weight to a safe level and do say reps of 20 instead of 8? or would I be better of just forgetting about squats totally? I wouldl like to bring them into my routine but dont want to kill myself or put the bar thru the floorboards either  Would appreicate any advice on if its worth it or not. |

![]() | Re: Squats advice I wouldnt EVER drop squats m8 and personally they are the Daddy of leg workouts for me....If you do get a squat rack or that id be inclined to say to put them in a garage.something that you can bolt down to the ground,to make it secure..I wouldnt try n set it up in a bedroom or that...Its an exercise I havent seen many people do and the main reason being I think is the amount of effort it takes and also it really does wipe you out..Good for the heart n lungs.. |
