ARE 25 MINS TRAINING SESSIONS O.K ?

My current training routine consists of a 3 day split, mon - chest/tri's, wed - back/biceps, fri - legs/shoulders, but each day's session only lasts about 25 mins. Is this too short ? for example on monday i done chest and tri's:

- 2 x 15 @ 12.5 kg dumbell bench press (warm up)
- 5 x5 @ 17.5 kg dumbell incline bench press
- 5 x 5 @ 17.5 kg dumbell bench press
- 1 x 10 @ 10 kg flies
- 3 x 6 @ 40kg close grip bench press

and it took just over 20 mins !!! Is this O.K for a begginer ? Comment's would be appreciated.
