Angry Advice Please?

Hey Everyone,
I am new to this work out and bodybuilding thing, growing up I was always a tall skinny kid in the past 3 years I have put on some weight. I am 6'1" 230pds and about 27% bodyfat it has been very frustrating over the past few months because everything I do doesn't seem to help lose weight or gain muscle I don't ever feel myself getting stronger.

If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it.

Re: Advice Please?

At 27% bodyfat you may have a really good muscular body but fat covering it up.
Like i've seen a member calling 13stonetarget post in another thread i've just read, "concentrate on one thing only" was basicly what he said lol.

If you want to lose body fat (not too much weight, your quite tall so good to keep some weight on your body. Don't forget the taller you are the heavier you'll naturally weigh anyway so don't expect to be super light) then stick to decent cardio exercises, quality eating and some moderate workouts, then until you reach your weightless aim, then aim to pack some muscle on. Do one thing at a time, don't expect to get rid of fat and get buff at the same time (well i suppose you could, it'll be difficult and it could go either way, so it'll just be easier to focus on 1 at a time)

Do some research into cardio programs though, maybe ask for some help down at the gym you go to.

But yeah, what are your goals, current routine and diet
